Shipping & Returns Policy
This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Montano Shop.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Made-to-Order Production
All products sold by Montano Shop are made-to-order through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment providers (including but not limited to Printify and Printful).
Each item is produced individually after an order is placed. As a result, production and delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
2. Production Time
Standard production time is 2–7 business days.
Certain products may require additional production time, including but not limited to:
- Embroidered products
- All-over print products
- Personalized or custom text items
- Seasonal or high-demand items
Such items may require up to 10 business days for production.
Production times may be extended due to holidays, peak seasons, or fulfillment center delays.
3. Shipping Coverage
Montano Shop currently ships only within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping time after production:
United States (48 contiguous states): 3–8 business days
All shipping timeframes are estimates only. Montano Shop does not guarantee delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to carriers, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.
5. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time is defined as production time plus shipping time.
Average delivery range: 5–15 business days.
However, this may be extended during high-volume periods or for specific product types.
6. Separate Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately depending on product type and fulfillment location.
Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries at different times.
7. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in carrier systems.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Montano Shop is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen
If a package is not delivered and is not marked as delivered by the carrier, customers may contact support@montanoshop.com for assistance in filing a claim.
9. Cancellations
All orders are processed immediately after purchase.
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once production has begun.
10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the made-to-order nature of all products, all sales are final.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Color variation preferences
- Personal taste
11. Eligible Claims
Replacements or refunds will only be issued in cases of verified production defects or fulfillment errors, including:
- Incorrect or misprinted designs
- Damaged or defective items upon arrival
- Wrong item received
12. Claim Requirements
To submit a claim, customers must contact support@montanoshop.com within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence of the product and defect
Additional documentation may be required. Returns are not required unless explicitly requested.
13. Production Variations Disclaimer
Minor variations in color, print placement, size, or finish are inherent to print-on-demand production and are not considered defects.
Such variations fall within acceptable production tolerances.
14. Fulfillment Responsibility
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Montano Shop’s fulfillment obligation is considered complete.
Any delays or issues occurring during transit are the responsibility of the carrier.
