4-Free Standard Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders totaling $50.00 or more. This promotion applies to orders shipping to eligible destinations. Please note that standard shipping may involve longer transit times.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.
6-Delivery Guarantee

Returns Policy
At Montano Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy for more details:
1. Return Policy and Fees
- Store returns are free for most products.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Free returns do not apply to international orders or large/heavy items.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Returns are eligible for a refund if initiated within 30 days (or 15 days for some products) from the delivery date.
- For free return shipping, initiate your return within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, a $9.99 return shipping charge will apply.
- Some products are returned directly to the supplier, requiring customers to pay return shipping fees.
- Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and other reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

- Swimwear and bodysuits (if hygiene seals or labels are broken)
- Jewelry
- Cosmetics, hair care, and skincare items

- Dumbbells, treadmills, mini exercise bikes, weight benches, stationary bikes, electric bikes, regular bikes, and electric scooters

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
3. Supplier Approval
Some non-returnable items are subject to supplier policies, and Montano Shop cannot process returns or refunds for these items. We will, however, assist you with alternative solutions whenever possible.
4. Exceptions
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly differs from its description, we will facilitate a return or exchange where applicable.
5. Return Processing Time
- Once your returned items are received, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and refund issuance.
6. Lost or Stolen Return Packages
Montano Shop is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking number for your records.
7. Packaging Instructions
- Contact us at admin@montanoshop.com to initiate a return.
- Remove any old addresses or barcodes from the return packaging.
- Use separate boxes and the correct return label for each item to avoid processing delays.
8. Proof of Purchase for Refunds
To receive a refund in the original form of payment, please provide:
- Your original receipt

- The return label or packing slip
